How long will it take for me to get my order?
The maximum time for delivery is 5 working days. Working days are classed as Monday - Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays. Your specific delivery time will be stated at checkout.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?
Although every effort is made to deliver your parcel on time, during adverse weather conditions this may not always be possible. If for any reason your parcel is not delivered with the service you selected please contact us on 0333 6000 666 and we will reimburse you the difference between the service you selected and the standard charge of £4.99.
What happens if I’m not in when you deliver?
Our products are dispatched by our nominated carrier and will require a valid signature as Proof of Delivery (POD).
If you are not in when our courier first trys to deliver, they will put a card through your door giving details of the attempted delivery, and their contact details. If the delivery is not made for any reason, the goods will be returned to us.
How do I track my parcel?
To track a parcel please call our customer services team on 0333 6000 666 or e-mail sales@rollersnakes.co.uk and we will track it for you there and then and give you the tracking number for future reference.
