Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept payment by Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay, Android Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Klarna Pay Later. Klarna Pay Later may not be available to all customers click here for more information about Klarna.

Q. Can I specify a time for delivery?
A. This will depend on what item/s you have purchased and which delivery service you have chosen when placing your order.

If your order is sent with DPD and you have provided a phone number with your order, DPD will text you an hour delivery slot. This service also offers other helpful options to allow you to change your delivery date, provide further delivery instructions, leave your parcel with a neighbour, in a designated safe place, or at a DPD pick up shop.

Q. Can I collect my order in store?
A. You cannot place an order on our website and collect it in store. You can however call us on 01332 222 244 to reserve your goods to purchase in store. For store opening times click here.

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. This will depend on the postage option you have selected. The maximum amount of days required for U.K. delivery is 5 working days on our standard service. Other services are quicker. For a full list of all our delivery services click here.

Q. What should I do if there is an issue with my item/s or order?
A. If there is an issue with the item/s or order you've received please contact us
 within 7 days of receipt of your order so that we can get the issue resolved.


Q. What should I do if I have ordered the wrong item or want to cancel my order?
A. If you have ordered the wrong item, made a mistake on your order, or would like to cancel your order contact us as soon as possible. If you have received a shipment confirmation this means unfortunately it's too late to cancel or amend your order and you will have to return it to us for exchange or refund.
