The Nitro Alternator is an all-mountain snowboard designed in collaboration with Volcom for the graphics. For intermediate to advanced snowboarders, it’s specially designed for all-mountain freeride and backcountry freestyle riding. Thanks to its directional shape and traditional camber, this board offers optimal manoeuvrability, solid grip on groomers and efficient float in powder. Its Powerlite Core, made from poplar wood, combines lightness and performance, offering improved responsiveness and a pronounced pop. What's more, with its Speed Formula 2 sintered base, the Alternator guarantees fast, durable glide on all snow conditions. Board arrived poorly packaged and torn open!! I sent photos of packaging and was told to open it and check it. Looked alright but I mentioned could it have impact damage that’s not visible on the outside of the board. Slight ripple under binding inserts but not visible to the eye. Told to photograph but explained to customer support that it wouldn’t photograph well and I’m still unsure what to do.
